We are committed to making this convention welcoming and accessible to everyone. Below is a list of accessibility features available throughout the weekend to help ensure a comfortable and inclusive experience:

Accessible Hotel Rooms: Available through the hotel—please contact the hotel directly to make a reservation.

Sign Language Interpretation: Provided at main events upon request.

Assistive Listening Devices: Receivers are available to enhance speech intelligibility.

Mobility Device Seating: Designated audience areas are reserved for individuals using mobility devices, with adjacent seating for companions.

Accessibility Ushers: On-site to assist with seating and navigation. Look for the “Access Volunteer” button.

Low-Stimulation Room: A calm, quiet space available for anyone needing a break from sensory input.

Accessibility Booth & Volunteers: Visit the booth or speak with one of our volunteers for information or assistance at any time. Look for the “Access Volunteer” button.
