Accessibility Information for Convention Attendees

 

We are committed to making this convention welcoming and accessible to everyone. Below is a list of accessibility features available throughout the weekend to help ensure a comfortable and inclusive experience:

• Accessible Hotel Rooms: Available through the hotel—please contact the hotel directly to make a reservation.

• Sign Language Interpretation: Provided at main events upon request.

• Assistive Listening Devices: Receivers are available to enhance speech intelligibility.

• Mobility Device Seating: Designated audience areas are reserved for individuals using mobility devices, with adjacent seating for companions.

• Accessibility Ushers: On-site to assist with seating and navigation. Look for the “Access Volunteer” button.

• Low-Stimulation Room: A calm, quiet space available for anyone needing a break from sensory input.

• Accessibility Booth & Volunteers: Visit the booth or speak with one of our volunteers for information or assistance at any time. Look for the “Access Volunteer” button.

• Accessibility Hotline: For any immediate access-related concerns, please call or text 828-278-4486.

• Accessible Parking and Entrance:  See the attached map for locations.

• Large Print Programs:  Available for ease of reading.

• If you have additional access needs or questions, we encourage you to reach out ahead of time so we can do our best to support you.
